Complaints

Complaints must be submitted to the CANZ Accreditation Manager in writing for an initiation of the investigation process to occur. In the case of animal welfare concerns and potential breaches of the Animal Welfare Act (1999), CANZ Accreditation are required to report to the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) for further investigation. To report any animal welfare concerns regarding companion animals, contact MPI on 0800 00 83 83.
