who is eligible for a grant from the animal rescue roadshow travel fund?
Your organisation is eligible to apply for a grant if
You are registered to attend the Animal Rescue Roadshow in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch AND
You need to travel more than 100km one-way (200km round trip) to attend the Animal Rescue Roadshow
how is it decided who will receive a grant?
Grants are distributed to eligible organisations on a first-in-first-served basis. There is a limited amount of funding available for each Animal Rescue Roadshow location. To maximise the number of organisations able to attend, please consider car-pooling with other rescues travelling from your area.
how much money can i get from the animal rescue roadshow travel fund?
The grant value is $100 per organisation. The value of the grant is the same irrespective of the distance travelled (i.e. an organisation travelling 400km is not eligible for more funding than one travelling 250km).
how will i get my grant money?
Once your grant has been approved, send an invoice to accounts@companionanimals.nz. The $100 will be transferred to your nominated bank account after you attend the roadshow.
